How to Raise a Complaint

A freshly poured concrete driveway beside a home in Newton

Last updated: October 2026

Googleseeking Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something did not go the way it should, please say so. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Googleseeking Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know that Googleseeking Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@googleseeking.buzz and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Googleseeking Concrete or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

You will get an email confirming we received your message, usually within a few business days. After that, we look into what happened. This may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when a provider is licensed.
